PRINTThe California Republican Party held its convention last weekend. While Governor Schwarzenegger was not in attendance, conservative activists expressed their disapproval of his record on taxes. Chairman Ron Nehring declared his strong opposition to new taxes at a Tea Party event, and Congressman Tom McClintock called for the Republican Party to return to its conservative principles.
