ARTICLE: Schwarzenegger Gives Ultimatum to Washington to Provide Aid

PRINTThe L.A. Times has released a report on Governor Schwarzenegger's final plea for $8 billion dollars in aid from the federal government. He has threaten massive cuts to social programs across the state, including canceling the state's main welfare program. These cuts would come into effect in 2010 if Washington does not respond.
