California’s charter school waiting lists have reached an all-time high of 158,000 students, showing many parents want more options for their children than those public schools run for the benefit of special interests, writes Michael Reagan in Newsmax. Providing a possible example on further reforms, Nevada recently passed legislation allowing parents to control their child’s school funding, with the ability to use $5,000 toward tuition to a school of their choice.
