Protect Prop. 13 in this election

The November 3 statewide ballot in California has TWO propositions that would dramatically increase property taxes. Proposition 15 would revoke Proposition 13’s protection from business properties. Proposition 19 would raise taxes on property that is transferred between parents and children.
